on behalf of myself and of the Italian Shotgun Federation, I warmly welcome the athletes, technicians and officials of the 43 Country which, with their presence, honor the European Shotgun Championship in Lonato del Garda and, at the same time, I extend my warm welcome with pleasure to those who will participate in the European Shooting Championship 25 mt, 50 mt, 300 mt in Bologna-Tolmezzo.
It is an honor for us to host this important event, which is an Olympic qualifying opportunity for the Tokyo 2020 Games.
I thank each of the National Federations who believed in us and in our organizational capacity by supporting our candidacy and giving us the privilege of being able to host it.
I wish all the shooters the best results for the competition with the certainty that each of them will do their best, with professionalism, commitment and fairness, for the success of the event.

A nome mio personale e della Federazione Italiana Tiro a Volo porgo un caloroso benvenuto agli atleti, tecnici e Dirigenti delle 43 Nazioni che, con la loro presenza, onorano il Campionato Europeo di Tiro a Volo 2019 di Lonato del Garda e, alle stesso tempo, lo estendo con piacere a quelli che parteciperanno al Campionato Europeo di Tiro a Segno di Bologna-Tolmezzo.
E’ per noi un onore ospitare questo importante evento che rappresenta una occasione di qualificazione olimpica per i Giochi di Tokio 2020.
Ringrazio ognuna delle Federazioni Nazionali che ha creduto in noi e nella nostra capacità organizzativa appoggiando la nostra candidatura e conferendoci il privilegio di poterlo ospitare.
A tutti i tiratori vada l’augurio per i migliori esiti della competizione con la certezza che ognuno di loro farà del suo meglio, con professionalità, impegno e correttezza, per la buona riuscita della gara.
